UC Berkeley believes it is taking appropriate corrective actions with respect to Year 2000 and currently anticipates that its operation will not incur significant disruption as a result of Year 2000 problems. While no assurance can be given that some Y2K-related problems will not occur, the University believes that any such problems should be correctable before they have recognizable impact on the operations or financial affairs of the University.
