Customized Applications
A systematic, detailed process to follow to correct Y2K problems with custom-written applications is provided on this website.

Computers
To minimize Y2K problems with computers, a comprehensive review of computer systems should be done. This should include Macintosh computers, since many Macintosh programs require software fixes from vendors to be Y2K compliant, and because Macintosh computers can also have Y2K data problems.

Research Equipment
An assessment should be done to determine if any research equipment is not Y2K compliant.
