Chair: Robert Barden, Procurement and Business Contracts Membership:
Christine Freedman, Public Affairs Nancy Jurich, Housing and Dining Services Detra Morgan, Material Management Kenneth Strangfield, Planning, Design and Construction Mike Weinberger, Athletics and Recreational Sports Identify Specific good and services provided by outside organizations (vendors) which are critical to ongoing campus operations. Obtain information on actions being taken by vendors to prevent Year 2000 problems. Where actions taken by vendors appear inadequate, recommend measures to the Steering Committee to help address possible problems. {Note: vendors (PG&E, EBMUD, Pacific Bell, etc.) who are covered by one of the departmental reports- see separate document - are not included in this subcommittee's charge.}
