As described in the May 14, 1999 campus memorandum on "Y2K Self-Evaluation and Monitoring", campus departments were required to report their Y2K as of three dates: June 15, September 1, and October 31.

The status of departments in these three areas (computers, customized software applications, and research equipment), as reported for the October 31st status date, is available in the form of three summary charts.

• Although reporting is being done in only three areas, there are other areas where departments may have potential Y2K problems.
